Joined OrangeQC as CTO in August 2023 and stepped out in March 2026. OrangeQC builds inspection and quality-assurance software for facility services (janitorial, hospitality, security) — the platform that supervisors and crews use to walk a building, fill out a checklist, capture photos, and route deficiencies.
I came in to lead a turnaround across three platforms — web, iOS, Android — and a team that needed structural changes more than another framework migration. By the time I handed off, the team was shipping consistently, on-call had teeth, and the product was building forward instead of backward.
